Refund & Return Policy

At Hawk & Ox, we produce security devices that are of the highest possible quality. We are also completely devoted to our customers. We work tirelessly to ensure that each and every unit we produce meets our rigorous standards of quality and durability. However, there are times in which a customer is not completely satisfied with a particular purchase. We understand this, and in these instances, allow for a money back refund.

Within the first 30 days of delivery, if you are not completely satisfied with your Hawk & Ox product, we ask that you please apply for a refund. Once 30 days have passed, we are incapable of processing a refund under any circumstances.

OUR REFUND PROCESS

To initiate the refund process, simply email us at customer.support@hawkandox.com. Please include your full name and your order number in this email. Once the refund request has been received, the Hawk & Ox customer service team will reply with a Shipping Label, as well as instructions on printing and shipping.

* Shipping will be charged to the customer, and deducted from the final refund amount. Please note that the final refund amount will be the product charges minus the return shipping charges, the original shipping charges will not be included.
